puteveryonetosleep: Do you support safe spaces? I just want to put this out here, because this year we will be working to make Spectrum a safe space. This means we will not tolerate hateful words or actions. This means we will use trigger warnings. This means we will not hesitate to call you out if you have done something offensive, and we hope that you will not hesitate to do the same for us. I understand that this will be a process and it will take some work and practice, but there is no question that it is worth the effort to make sure that everyone feels included.  If you feel unwelcome, excluded, or uncomfortable by something we post (and during the year, something we say in a GA, an event we do, etc) please let us know.  This is all of our first year running this club, and we welcome any feedback or criticism.
